Business School Krems' vision is "human leadership in a changing world" and characterizes the concept of management in an economy that is steered by globalization.  Tomorrow's managers must be personalities that are capable of leading people and companies with specialized knowledge and understanding. In order to do this, they must be proficient in the use of marketing instruments, but also have social competence and intellectual learning ability. Not only do they have to lead their business toward profit, but also take the impact of economics in society, culture, surroundings and people into consideration.

The head of the business school is Professor Dr. Roman Brandtweiner.

The design of the MBA program is interdisciplinary and international. It is a time flexible design of the core courses and there is the possibility to choose from various additional courses.

The MBA program functions through the "Krems Method" :
25% Practical knowledge: Deepening of knowledge from experienced teachers
25% Theory: Transfer and enhancement of knowledge
25% Application: Applying acquired knowledge to own company
25% Case study: Learning and training of current business cases
