2-year part-time Executive MBA

The ESMT Executive MBA: Focus on Technology, Innovation and International Management The ESMT 2-year part-time Executive MBA program consists of three main Phases during which the participants first acquire a solid foundation in general management issues, before building their distinctive edge in one of the two focus-areas (technology management and innovation or international management) and developing their strategic leadership capabilities. The third phase is integrative in nature, requiring that participants bring together the various dimensions of managing a business and leading people and organizations. This phase includes an international field seminar and a master’s thesis based on a practice project.
