The goal of business management is to make decisions under consideration of possible action sequence for all parties in a business quickly and certainly. Without a solid understanding of various parts of accounting as well as traditional and new instruments used in cost calculation, it is difficult to get a goal-oriented collaboration from technical and commercial knowledge. The acknowledgment of links between cost calculation, investment calculation, assessment and balancing is an inalienable requirement for planning, leading and controlling a responsible area and for the entire company. The participants of the CUR- Executive Program gain practical knowledge in a concentrated format that is applicable.
